Refunds & policies
Refunds
Rain or shine event. No refunds once tickets are issued.
Cancellation
If the event is cancelled, the full ticket price is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Booking fees are refunded with the ticket price.
Postponement
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
Ticket transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge up to 24 hours before doors open. The new holder's name must be supplied to the organiser.
Admission
Entry covers access to the grounds only. Food and drink are pay-as-you-go at each trader. Children under 6 enter free with a paying adult.
Age restriction
All ages. Under-18s must be with an adult.
