Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable once issued, except where the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser.
Cancellation
If the event is cancelled, the full ticket price is refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Booking fees are refunded with the ticket price.
Postponement
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
Ticket transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge up to 24 hours before doors open. The new holder's name must be supplied to the organiser.
Admission
Entry requires a valid Tuchh QR ticket. Each QR admits the stated number of people once only. Right of admission reserved. No illegal substances, weapons or outside alcohol.
Age restriction
Strictly 21 and over. Bring physical ID or a certified copy — no entry without it.
Additional terms
Tables are reserved for the booked party size only. Bar credit is valid on the event night and is not redeemable for cash.
